09.08.2021

With e-LNG and Bio-LNG, the petrol station operator Alternoil, in partnership with Kiwi AG, wants to significantly reduce emissions from heavy goods transport. The sustainable fuel is offered nationwide under the brand name REEFUEL.

As a medium-sized petrol station operator, Alternoil, based in Steinfeld, Lower Saxony, is a leading player in this market. Currently, LNG can be refuelled at more than 20 LNG filling stations in the company's network. By the end of the year, a total of 40 facilities will be put into operation.

In order to reduce CO2 emissions in heavy goods transport even further, Alternoil now offers e-LNG and bio-LNG at all its stations nationwide. The synthetic LNG from renewable wind energy and the bio-LNG from biological waste processes are available under the brand name REEFUEL.
